Hi Liam,

I am in a very successful Australian team called Malice (MLC). We have been around the Australian Gaming Scene since the start of Gears of War, a couple players originating from Halo. Oh I forgot to mention that we are an Xbox 360 team. Throughout Malice’s career, we have been asked by two sponsors whom both where declined.

The team consists of mature players (ages from 17-28 years of age), so we are not a team that is formed and plays one game and breaks up after a lost. We love our gaming and so do use, that’s one thing we all share in common and hopefully one day we can share our passion for games.

When Call of Duty 4 came out, our players converted from Gears of War to COD4. At this stage of COD4 we where making a very impressive name for ourselves with big players in our team. So moving on from Cod4, we are bringing the latest line up in MW2 and going strong. We do have talent but talent can win matches, its team work that win tournaments. Team work is what we have.

When people from other countries, see that we are an Australian team they ask. What events or tournaments will you be attending and playing?

So the LAN events and tournaments that Malice will be playing throughout this year (the events that have been scheduled to this date)

Which there will be big cash prizes at each event. To get to the Finals at Brisbane, we will need to attend each LAN event also playing the Online Competition’s. The Circuit will run on a point based system, so missing events will be hard for teams to make the finals.
